Cotswolds and Surrounds Autumn Weekend

Hi all,

We are organising a group tour of the Cotswolds and surrounding area for 8th to 10th September 2023 for paid-up MBEAM members & their pillions. We are stopping at the Staverton Hotel & Golf Club near Daventry on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis. We have reserved 16 double rooms (12 double occupancy and 4 single occupancy) for the group with the rates of £156 per night for double occupancy and £124 per night single occupancy.

To aid us managing the daily rides, we are limiting this to 20 bikes, so this is a first-come, first-served basis, so be quick to get on the list.

As Sarah & I live locally to the hotel, we will NOT be joining you for the ride down to and back from the hotel, so you will need to arrange this between yourselves separately. We will however, be running a Friday afternoon ride round some Warwickshire & Northamptonshire lanes. We will also be running the full day ride round the Cotswolds & Malvern Hills on the Saturday and the Sunday morning ride up to Rutland Water, where we will say our good-byes as you continue your journey home.

Staverton Hotel & Golf Club has a Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, and Swimming Pool (free to use) and an 18 hole golf course (you need to book tee times separately and quickly before they go and fees apply). To get the Group Rates agreed, you will need the Group Booking code of "MBEAM080923"

There are some lovely roads, views and places to see down here, so please come and join us. As this is going to be an official MBEAM trip, it is only open to MBEAM members (full and associate) so unfortunately, you cannot bring friends who are not members (unless they are pillions).
