09:00hrs Start at Morisson Kendal, Carlisle via A6 and B roads, along Hadrians Wall, Stanhope, Middleton, Brough. Stops at Lanercost and Blanchland. Finish at Brough ice cream parlour. 140 miles. approximately 5.5 hours including stops. Max 10 bikes
