9:30 Ride Leaves Newby Bridge

Stage 1: Newby Bridge - Lakeside - Cunsey - Far Sawry - Hawkshead - Ambleside - Rydal - Grasmere (Leg stretch/Coffee)

Stage 2: Grasmere - Armboth - Keswick - Buttermere - (Syke Farm Pie Shop for Lunch)

Stage 3: Buttermere - Honister Pass - Keswick - Underskiddaw - Threlkeld (Threlkeld Coffee Shop, Leg Stretch/Coffee)

Stage 4: Threlkeld - Watermillock - Patterdale - Kirkstone Pass - Bowness (Costa Coffee Bowness - end of ride natter)
